emphas!s implemented our master plan signage as each section of the waterfront park was completed. The rollout was phased over several years and involved various specialty fabricators; consistent project management was integral to the success of the project. Special consideration was also given to the use of durable, vandal, and weather-resistant materials and creating welcoming messaging.
