emphas!s conducted a year-long site survey and analysis of the existing signage at Camana Bay and developed a new wayfinding masterplan for the development. Following the principles of new urbanism, the town of Camana Bay is a series of four pedestrian-friendly villages, which include residential neighborhoods, public parks, gardens, and courtyards, along with shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and an international school. emphas!s’ new masterplan includes recommendations for improved building addressing and suite numbering, pedestrian maps, nomenclature, vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding strategies, as well as site and destination identification and retail tenant guidelines.
