emphas!s design’s new branded identity for Opera America and The National Opera Center boldly informs the design of the wayfinding and donor signage systems of Opera America’s new 40,000 sq ft office, rehearsal & performance space. The highlight of the environmental graphics program is the “Ovation Wall,” a multi-year donor campaign of interchangeable wood plaques that are affixed to a steel frame. The wood and typography continue throughout the Center for both space acknowledgment and to honor high-level individual donors. The wayfinding system is clean, flexible, and seamlessly integrated into the museum-like architecture.
